Yerevan → Gyumri: how to use the local-ticket site when the “English” interface is not really English

We tested the official local-ticket site at pass.railway.am on a phone. Even with English selected, some interface labels were garbled and the station names appeared in Cyrillic. The screenshots below show exactly what to look for.

Station names to recognise
ЕреванYerevanArmenian: Երևան
ГюмриGyumriArmenian: Գյումրի

ЭП2Д ЕРЕВАН - ГЮМРИ means an EP2D electric train on the Yerevan–Gyumri route. “EP2D” is the train type, not another station.

1
Choose the route and date

Set the first station to Ереван (Yerevan) and the second to Гюмри (Gyumri). Choose your date. The large blue button directly below the date is the Find tickets / Search action even if its label appears as random characters.

2
Read the results

Each card is one train. The number at the top left (for example 684 or 686) is the train number. The large time on the left is departure from Yerevan; the large time on the right is arrival in Gyumri. Tap the blue button on the train you want to continue to the booking flow.

Sign in before purchase

The first field with a +374 phone-number example is the account/phone field. The field with the lock icon is the password. The large blue button is the sign-in action. In our test, the labels below it were also garbled, so do not rely on the text alone.

Important: these screenshots are a navigation guide, not a timetable. Train times, availability and prices can change. If the English labels are broken, use the station spellings above and verify the current service on the official railway site before paying.
